Refund Policy

Because all of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to wrong size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse. Please double-check your sizing and order details before completing your purchase.

We will gladly replace or refund your order if:

• Your item arrives damaged or defective
• You receive the wrong item
• There is a printing error

If you experience any of these issues, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at jacobhightowerdrums@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the problem.

Once approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or issue a refund. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

We are not responsible for:

• Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
• Delays caused by shipping carriers
